Refund policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your appliance must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately within 24 hours so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method or M-PESA within 5-7 business days.
